Our method
Beech Tree Renovations and Carpentry, LLC is a full-service restoration, renovation and contracting company specializing in older and historic homes. Licensed and fully insured, Beech Tree Renovations guides customers through each phase of the project with professionalism and courtesy.
No charge consultation
We discuss the project concept, offer technical input, advise the appropriate steps to ensure the desired result, review pricing, explore product brands, and address any concerns or questions.
Development of project plan
As our working relationship begins, we translate the customer’s tastes into a custom design and refine the project budget. Beech Tree may introduce or recommend a qualified architect, depending on the scope of the project.
Payment plan & permits
A customized payment plan is designed to fit the project. Beech Tree obtains the necessary building permits, and the project begins!
Selection of appropriate subcontractors
Maurice Koningstein, owner of Beech Tree Renovations, works on every project personally and is nearly always on-site. He has developed relationships with a team of skilled subcontractors who are sometimes introduced to assist with a particular phase of a project (see About Us for more information).
